Head of SEO

I’ve been hired by a medium-size vibrant media agency that has decided to further develop the SEO business opportunities.

I’m in charge to further develop the department, hiring people and managing the current work-load as well as being sure to take in order my P&L document.

As the Head of SEO I will be in charge of the quality of the deliverables and the main technical point of contact between the company and the customers.

Senior SEO Manager

I work as a full time SEO Manager to follow up some high-level profile customers (e.g. Microsoft, Burberry, SunPower) that requires a time-efficient person with strong sense of organization and management skills.
My duties comprehended web site analysis, writing recommendations, brand monitoring and analytics assessments.

Senior SEO Engineer

I have been hired as a full time senior search engineer to follow up to some high level profile customers (e.g. AXA IM, Borro, Voicenet Solutions, Sky) that requires a very technical person to deal with.
My duties comprehended web site analysis, within monthly reports and recommendations for customers that were generally responsible to implement by their own.

SEO Executive

Freelancing home-based collaboration for some SEO activities. In particular I was in charge of preparing the web site for search engines, adjusting on-page factors as well as doing keywords analysis and monitoring.
Due to results gained, I’ve been involved also in all other SEO activities like link building, usability pattern research and adjustments, etc. My activity was reported to the SEO Manager.

Operational Director / Front End Web Designer

I was managing a team of three person in a small web agency in Abruzzo (Italy). My intial duties was to realize the front-end design of customers’ web site. As the most technical person in the company, I also started working as a SEO and PPC team leader, managing all the digital marketing activities like search engine optimization (SEO), paid search (PPC), social media, PR monitoring and advocacy.
I’ve been promoted to Operational Director and worked with that role since the June 2003.
